Who is the Training for?

Every great leader continues to grow throughout their career. The Alliance has developed a year-long relationship development training to support school leaders in accelerating the success of their school by prioritizing personal and professional goals with action plans for their schools. This training is designed to meet leaders where they are in their career - whether they have reached all of the goals in their charter or they are just digging in - from new schools to new leaders at existing schools to PhDs ready for a new challenge.

Included in the Training:

  • Annual action plan with one year of implementation support where you move from "reaction" mode to taking a "proactive" leadership role.
  • Intensive summer training session where you will reflect and reengage in being the leader your school needs to get to the next goal.
  • Over the phone individual mentoring for one year and 6 group follow-up calls/webinars.
