Who is the Training for?
Every great leader continues to grow throughout their career. The Alliance has developed a year-long relationship development training to support school leaders in accelerating the success of their school by prioritizing personal and professional goals with action plans for their schools. This training is designed to meet leaders where they are in their career - whether they have reached all of the goals in their charter or they are just digging in - from new schools to new leaders at existing schools to PhDs ready for a new challenge.
Included in the Training:
July 22 - 24, 2014 Overview - Charleston
Tuesday, July 22
3pm check in and Welcome Session
8 - 9pm Discussion for the next day
Wednesday, July 23
8:30am - 12pm Training
12 - 1pm Lunch in Peer Groups
1 - 5:30pm Small group and individual work on personal and professional goals
Thursday, July 24
8:30 - 12pm Drafting of Action Plans

Training Will be Led by:
Tuition for Training:
$3,000 per leader for the year includes hotel room and meals for July 22 - 24. All mileage and travel for other trainings will be at participant's expense. Includes leadership assessments, summer training, personal and professional goal development, action plan for school, and implementation supports for the 2014 - 2015 school year.
