Apply to participate in the Alliance’s Charter School Incubator Program. Includes a free initial planning group consultation and capacity audit.

Phase I Training – Pre-Planning through Approval The Alliance’s Charter School Incubator Program is an intense coaching program where planning groups are transformed into high performing teams working through the planning, writing, and approval process of starting a public charter school.

Phase II Training – Approval through Opening During Phase II, the charter committee and program managers work through the hundreds of items needed for a successful, high quality charter school – from hiring to student lotteries.

Phase III Training – First 2 years of operation Phase III provides mentoring support and technical training for new school leaders and governing boards aligned with the unique needs of the school and focused on developing a culture of high student achievement.
