PCSASC will staff work with your school community on all phases of a school leader search. Services may include:

  • Establishing a timeline 
  • Determining selection criteria
  • Attracting the best pool of candidates through targeted advertisement   
  • Determining search committee membership
  • Screening applicants with assistance of external experts
  • Coordinating semi-finalist interviews with search committee
  • Arranging finalist interviews with board
  • Handling school community engagement 
  • Assisting with the final selection process
  • Follow-up with new school leader and board

PCSASC handles the logistics of the search but does not make employment recommendations or hire the school leader. The school's board maintains control of the process at every stage.
